  • Champion: they are usually directors of organizations and have the responsibility to support projects and remove barriers
  • Master Black Belt: professionals linked to management, holding an effective position in the company's hierarchy. The Master Black Belt dedicates all its time in implementing the Six Sigma program to the organizational part, mainly in project mentoring.
  • Black Belt: also dedicates 100% of its time to the program, but works in the execution and mentoring of projects aimed at improving processes. This professional commonly responds directly or indirectly to the Master Black Belt.
  • Green Belt: dedicate 20% to 30% of their time to continuous improvement projects within the company.
  • Yellow Belt: professional trained in Six Sigma fundamentals, focused on projects. It works at the operational level and can support Black Belts and Green Belts.
